Continuing with Rock Row’s Quarryside Makers Market series, “Green Greetings” is our land-inspired market, bringing a touch of nature to our holiday Makers Market here at Rock Row. This week features land-inspired Maine Makers, focusing on eco-conscious, terra-touched gifts. This is a wonderful platform for artisans whose creations are inspired by the earth’s landscapes, sustainability, and living green..

December 14

Portman Toad Prints
Hand carved blocks and hand-cut, fold, and print greeting cards. Portman Toad Prints also prints larger artwork using the same process. Prints range from 2″ to 32″, and often focus on flora and fauna native to Maine.
PJ Dog Biscuits

Gluten and grain free dog treats featuring Maine blueberries

Victory Designs Co.
Hand Lettering Services, Hand painted ornaments and decor. Ornaments and decor made from wine corks.
Diana Cust
Anxiety lowering products made by a therapist featuring beautiful bracelets that are for the 4-7-8 breathing technique for reducing anxiety and panic attacks, magnesium wrist spray for insomnia or stress reduction and earrings. Owner also just wrote/released a stress reduction technique workbook that she sells.
Demure Floret
Demure Floret is a small sustainable 100% Beeswax candle business and was founded with a deep passion for ritualistic practices, eco conscious and holistic living, as well as bringing comfort, aesthetic and beauty into a space.
I currently hand pour and dip candles in small batches with care and intent in hopes to bring illumination to those who purchase them! The candles I create range from the bubble candle, twisted tapers and hand dipped ritual tapers in different varieties and colors. The color is derived from eco-friendly dye for overall benefit to our health and the planet.

All local and certified organic lacto-fermented Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Hot Sauce, and Vegetables (almost 20 varieties). We are out of Bremen, Maine on the mid-coast.

During makers markets we focus in on deals for 4packs of hot sauce, kraut/kimchi, or 2 hot sauces and 2 kraut/kimchi jars.

THURSDAY-SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 25 – DECEMBER 31

Rock Row will be hosting a 5-week Holiday market featuring a curated group of Maine makers selling their homemade goods, performing product demonstrations, and more. The final two weeks of the market will feature a Maine-based theme that connects with the core of our state.

“Blue Tidings” is our sea-inspired market, celebrating the blue economy and emphasizing sustainability and ocean health. It’s a unique opportunity for makers whose work is inspired by the sea, offering eco-friendly, ocean-themed gifts and products.

“Green Greetings,” on the other hand, is our land-inspired market., focusing on eco-conscious, terra-touched gifts. This is a wonderful platform for artisans whose creations are inspired by the earth’s landscapes, sustainability, and living green.

 

SANTA VISITS
DECEMBER 8, 14, 21

A classic holiday tradition, Rock Row will host Santa, Mrs. Clause, and other costumed characters for a free meet & greet experience. Guests are encouraged to bring their own camera to capture the moment.

S’MORES EXPERIENCE
SUNDAYS, NOVEMBER 26 – DECEMBER 31.

Visit the Lone Pine Brewing bar at Quarryside to get your Homemade S’mores kit created by a local Westbrook, Maine chocolate maker. Visit our fire pits to roast a few of your own. There will be plenty of napkins on-hand!

ICE SCULPTING
SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS, NOVEMBER 25 – DECEMBER 31.

Live Ice Sculpting demonstrations on-site where folks can quite literally watch ice sculptures come to life. Saturday and Sunday afternoons you can watch local artists carve sculptures of core Maine themes, right in Quarryside at Rock Row.
