The 2024 Quarryside Concert Series at Rock Row events will be smaller in size and scope than the pre-pandemic Waterfront Concerts venue and in comparison, will have a very minimal impact on area residents. The stage and PA systems are oriented the opposite direction as the previous venue, attendance capacity is less, and sound levels will be monitored on-site with a phone hotline set-up for any inquiries. Organizers plan to communicate the phone hotline information via social media to the public ahead of the events. Given these adjustments to the overall concerts plan at Rock Row, the impact on local residences of Westbrook and Portland should be minimal.
